Why I understand this work.
I work with successful women who have spent years building their careers, proving themselves and doing what is expected — but who have reached a point where they want something to change.
Perhaps you feel stuck, overlooked or exhausted by constantly holding everything together. Or perhaps your career still looks successful from the outside, but no longer feels quite right on the inside.
I understand that tension because I’ve lived it. I spent more than 35 years in business, including 13 years as a Board Director, before stepping away from corporate life to create a career with more freedom, purpose and balance.
Now, I help women get clear about what they want, challenge the patterns holding them back and make confident choices about what comes next.
My approach is practical, honest and supportive, combining over a decade of coaching experience with a deep understanding of leadership, business and the realities women face at work.
