Launching 10 September 2026
Stop. Think. Thrive.
You worked hard to get here.
But this isn't how it was supposed to feel.
A practical, relatable guide to breaking the patterns of overworking, overthinking and self-doubt - so you can make more confident choices and shape your career and life on your terms.

If this feels familiar
You've done everything you were supposed to do.
You've worked hard. Built a career. Earned respect. Became the reliable one, the capable one, the woman people turn to when something needs sorting.
From the outside, you look successful. But on the inside? You're tired. Overstretched. Overthinking. Saying yes when you want to say no. Wondering why a career and life you worked so hard to build doesn't always feel the way you expected.
“Why am I still doubting myself when I've already achieved so much?”
“Why does success feel so exhausting?”
Have I consciously chosen this life — or simply drifted into it?
If you recognise yourself in any of this, this book is for you.
What this book will help you do
Stop running on autopilot. Start making more conscious choices.
Stop. Think. Thrive. is for women who want to feel more confident, clear and in control of their career and life.
This is not a book about doing more. Frankly, you’re probably already doing enough. Possibly too much.
It is about pausing long enough to notice the patterns, stories and expectations shaping your choices — often without you realising. The overworking. The overthinking. The people-pleasing. The guilt. The self-doubt. The endless “I’ll deal with it when things calm down” loop.
Through practical insights, relatable stories and thoughtful reflection, Stop. Think. Thrive. will help you challenge what is holding you back, make more intentional decisions and create a career and life you actually want.
Who this book is for

━ Ruth Morris, Business Owner
I wasn’t sure whether this book was for me, but by the end I had found so many practical, manageable ways to make changes. What resonated most was the reminder that we can form new habits, unlearn unhelpful expectations and change the way we speak to and about ourselves. Small shifts can lead to something much bigger.
